Free Shipping Offer on Orders $50.00 and Over
Black Six Jewelry offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $50.00 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States. Orders must be placed via blacksixjewelry.com to qualify for free shipping. Items in our Black Six Jewelry Etsy store under Craft Supplies are shipped $5.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US and $22.75 for shipping most international orders.
The following charges apply to packages shipped to the continental United States that do not qualify for free shipping:

Returns / Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-custom items, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, have the original tags still attached, and be returned in original packaging.
Please contact me directly using my contact form to request an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Once an RMA number has been issued, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to ship any item(s) back to us. Please make sure to track and insure your return package as we accept no responsibility for your package until it has been delivered to our PO Box.

Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the product is received in good condition.
Any items marked Black Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All custom items are considered Black Sale items and may not be returned or exchanged. Black Six Jewelry cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom jewelry of any kind.
Due to health/hygiene concerns and AZ state law, Black Six Jewelry is unable to allow returns or exchanges on intimate items such as body jewelry (pierced jewelry), earrings, etc.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any visible damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear and tear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact Black Six Jewelry immediately using our contact form. Please provide your order number along with your email address and phone number.
To ensure prompt resolution with the shipper, please retain ALL shipping boxes, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
